Especially for EXPO2017 Hedviga created 3D model of PTR POWER PLANT, that represents fully functional model of PTR technology and shows the practical possibilities of patented process of “slow thermal decomposition” using.
The model scaled 1:20 shows not only how the PTR technology looks like, but also how the PTR process works, how space demanding such equipment is, how multifunctional it can be and how it uses energies, how much electricity and heat it can produce and how much fuels it can produce.
More to see in the Czech National Pavilion EXPO 2017 from Saturday 10 June 2017 in Kazakhstan.
HEDVIGA GROUP, a.s. within it‘s patented solution presents principle of slow thermal decomposition, that takes place in closed fuel cells without air access in process temperature range of 300 – 500 °C, where, during the 2-3 hour process, the input batch is decomposed to the next three product fractions.
Currently, the last phase of commissioning process of PTR kW6 takes place in London, Great Britain. This project is a response to the requirement for the efficient use of rubber waste from used tyres and combined production of heat and electricity. This project is designed to produce 1MWe and 1MW of heat while achieving processing capacity of 24 tons of rubber per day.
